For a long time, I thought self-love was something I already “knew”... I journaled about it. I posted about it. I talked about it with total confidence. But somewhere along the way, I stopped living it. The reality check: there’s no such thing as self-love if you abandon yourself in real life.... I learned that the hard way. This year has not been easy. This video is me being honest about that ~ not as a breakdown, but as a new beginning. If anyone else has been going through this, I hope you know you're not alone!
