Remember the Canceled PvZ "RPG"?

Back in 2020, a strange survey started circulating through the Plants vs. Zombies community. It showed off mockups for a brand new PvZ game featuring things like a Ranger Peashooter, Wizard Sunflower, and even multiplayer co-op gameplay. For years, the project became one of those weird bits of PvZ history that only people who were around at the time really remembered. But recently, some old concept art and portfolio posts resurfaced that revealed what actually happened to the project. In this video, we’re taking a look at the canceled Plants vs. Zombies project code-named Fantasy, the survey that started it all, and why the project was quietly abandoned before it even finished a single level.
