The book revolves around the question of what sense it makes for Christians to remain within an institution ravaged by crisis and severely compromised. In this conversation, we attempt to answer how to navigate this reality. Let's listen as the author, in love with the Gospel and Jesus, offers a biblically informed argument for his disagreement with the current form of the church, while also sharing his experience of faith, his development in the Gospel, and his understanding of fundamental issues such as "what is the church?", the responsibility of the ordinary person for the church, and what God desires according to the Bible. In this conversation, we will explore the vision of a church that many of us have undoubtedly dreamed of. We will learn what we can do ourselves, what our first step might be, how to be people who ignore and live their own lives. Previously a long-time employee of the Institute of Fundamental Theology, Ecumenism, and Dialogue at the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow. Lecturer at the Salesian Seminary in Krakow and the Archdiocesan Seminary in Łódź. Author of dozens of scholarly, popular science, and journalistic articles, two scholarly monographs, and more than a dozen series of online Bible commentaries on the website of the Brotherhood of the Divine Word (bractwoslowa.pl). Author and co-author of books with meditations for Advent and Lent for parents and children. Together with his wife, Magdalena, he is involved in the "Chemin Neuf" Community – a Catholic community with an ecumenical vocation.
