Can I build the STRONGEST Pokemon team in ONE hour?

Today I play the best pokemon mod, cobblemon for exactly one hour in order to catch a team to use in Pokemon Champions. I have never played Pokemon Champions so this will also serve as an introduction for me to the world of competitive Pokemon.
