Hi girls, how are you? It's been a while since I've sat down in front of the camera to have a sincere and personal conversation with you. Winter and autumn are my favorite seasons, but the workload increases dramatically, and I honestly have to fight to maintain a balanced mental state, and I don't always manage it... This year has been particularly difficult due to so many life changes, relationships that are no longer there, and new situations, which has meant I've had to ask for help, hehe. Of course, I'll tell you about all of this, but also about knitting, as it should be! I knitted a beautiful Burgos sweater by Rosa Pomar in three afternoons, using the exquisite Álafosslopi yarn that Dye Tales imports from Iceland. I used four 100-gram skeins, 100 meters each, in a bulky weight, and it was pure pleasure. Plus, the pattern is super well explained. I love her romantic, rustic, and timeless style, full of nature-inspired details, Nordic style—basically, everything that's good, in my opinion. I knitted this one with Plotulopi in light gray, a gift from my friend Camila Baeza years ago, and it was the starting point for everything I'm experiencing today.
