Documental - No existe el olvido - Cap.2 - Rincón del Mar

“There Is No Forgetting” is a collaborative memory project, developed and validated with the victims of enforced disappearance in the municipality of San Onofre and the village of Rincón del Mar, Sucre. This documentary series aims to sensitively and respectfully document and narrate the scourge of enforced disappearance through the stories of family members who, to this day, continue searching for their loved ones. This memory project was produced within the framework of the orders issued to the National Center for Historical Memory (CNMH) and the Unit for Comprehensive Attention and Reparation for Victims (UARIV) in Ruling TP-SA 767 of 2021 by the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP), in response to a petition submitted by the Movement of Victims of State Crimes (MOVICE). This court order mandated a process of historical memory reconstruction to document the forced disappearances in San Onofre, Rincón del Mar, and their cemeteries, as well as on the El Palmar and La Alemania farms.
