Maya: Bifrost Graph With 2 Strands And Arnold

Bifrost Graph, also known as BIF or the Bifrost Extension from 2019, is a module for dynamic simulation. One strength of this system is its speed. In this tutorial we won’t use dynamics, but concentrate on building a scene with two types of “Strands”. And we render them using Arnold. This tutorial has a slow pace. If you want to dig slightly deeper, use the playlist here in my channel. Or, if you are in need for sweet speed, visit the channel of the @Maya Guy. This is a very nice Strands tutorial which involves dynamics brilliantly:    • Maya tutorial: Bifrost graph MPM FIBERS TU...   People ask me why I do zooming and panning in my videos. Actually, this is an important part of my editing. I know that many folks watch tutorial videos on their smartphones. And it is impossible to see details, menu entries etc. I cannot provide support. But if you like, you can support my free lessons. On Patreon I’m /Uhr24, just like here. The music is composed and performed by me, Maximilian Schönherr, and licensed via GEMA, Germany: “Computer Animation” and “Schäbiger Klee”.
