Where Should I go Live in Sweden? (Need Advice)

The wife and I are currently talking about going to Sweden for a few months, once finances make such an opportunity possible. But the question is: Where should we go? We have a deep love of forests (that should be easy lol), being near water for fishing, access to a local library would be wonderful, a comfortable sort of town for fika, and a place of traditional Swedish culture and history. Honestly we wouldn't even mind going to an area where fewer people spoke English; it would encourage us to learn more of the local language while there.
