"A água que falta" - documentário produzido pela Conteúdos Diversos.

The film "The Missing Water" comprehensively addresses the issue of water, seeking not only to show the problem of water stress and its causes, but also to point out possible solutions through initiatives already underway around the world. Directed by Sergio Lopes and Paula Galacini, the production aims to provoke reflection and engagement, awakening a new perspective on the often irresponsible way we deal with this natural resource. According to the World Health Organization, a person needs approximately 110 liters of water per day for personal hygiene and general consumption. In addition to direct consumption, there is also indirect consumption, which is the use of water to produce the goods we consume. In Brazil, waste is extremely high. According to the National Water Agency, losses are around 37%, including leaks and illegal connections. In addition to testimonies from citizens and representatives of public and private management, "The Missing Water" features interviews with Benedito Braga, president of the World Water Council and professor at the Polytechnic School of USP; André Palhano, journalist and creator of Virada Sustentável; and the American Seth Siegel, speaker at Harvard, Yale and Princeton universities, who advocates diplomatic solutions to international conflicts related to water.
