I Threw Myself Into India's Most Chaotic City 🇮🇳

Today I throw myself into India’s most chaotic city, Mumbai. Why? Because I am on the mission to find out what this city is really like, challenge the stereotypes online & meet as many locals as possible. Join me on this chaotic adventure through Mumbais most intense spots. In this episode: Crawford Market & Chor Bazaar: We venture into what supposedly is meant to be the busiest market in Mumbai, try local pistachios & get given a free chai by some kind vendors before heading to the infamous 'Thieves market'. Here I meet some unique characters, learn about the bazaar's history & purchase an antique whiskey flask before stopping in a 'sweet shop' for a tiny shish kebab. Dhobi Ghat Scams: I then make investigate the world's largest open air laundromat on a makeshift tour, learn how people live amongst Mumbai's laundry, see the working process from start to finish only for my guide to try and hustle me for some extra rupees. I stood my ground. Juhu Beach & Speedboat Chaos: Finally we arrive at Mumbai's iconic evening spot, where I try Bhel Puri, a local snack and some coffee. After meeting tons of friendly people, a kind watersports worker offers to give me and some local kids a rather chaotic ride on his speed boat. It ends up being a rather funny & wet adventure for both me and my microphone. Honestly I was amazed by the kindness I experienced in such a busy & hustling city, but I also realised the giant wealth gap in Mumbai… so I’ll be diving into this in my next video.
