I hadn't bowled in over a week, wasn't feeling my best, and honestly wasn't sure I was even going to film this session. Sometimes the hardest part of practice is simply showing up. In this episode I work through the rust, experiment with my Gremlin Tour-X on a fresh lane, talk about follow-through, stance, finger tape, staying positive during difficult sessions, and why improvement doesn't always happen in a straight line.
