Spoiler alert - we agree that we think Betws Y Coed is one of the prettiest villages in North Wales and we love it there. Betws Y Coed is known as being the Gateway to Snowdonia and has always been a tourist favourite, with almost 4 million visitors yearly. We went to Betws Y Coed in early October to see if we think it is worth visiting and to showcase this beautiful North Wales village. In this Is Betws Y Coed Worth Visiting Vlog, we take you around all of Betws Y Coed and show you some of the best places and things to see and do in this North Wales beauty. Starting off taking a look at the area around Betws Y Coed railway station, we look at the shops and restaurants, as well as taking a look at the beautiful station. Next to the station is the oldest building in Betws Y Coed - St Michaels Church. It was closed this day, but we still managed to take a look from outside and from the air. A walk through Betws Y Coed saw us visiting St Mary's Church, taking a look inside the famous Anna Davies shop, the very popular Popty or bakery and many other shops and places of interest, telling you snippets of history along the way. We take a look at the medieval Pont Y Pair Bridge and marvel at it's beauty. No trip to Betws Y Coed would be complete without a stop at Swallow Falls, one of the most stunning waterfalls in North Wales. We finished the day with a visit to Zip World, Betws Y Coed, where we rode the amazing Forest Coaster.
