This Halifax phone booth actually works?

I explored the Halifax waterfront today and found some pretty cool (and weird) things! From finding a phone booth that still works to seeing a building that looks like it's literally built under the water, the boardwalk never fails to surprise me. I also met some great local people, including a creator making unique dog gear, and even stopped by the Casino to learn about responsible gambling.
