Here are a few simple concepts and principles that are key to CONTROLLING the BAD GUY. My goal is for those that are not very comfortable in a grappling type situation to understand that it doesn’t require a ton of techniques and tom foolery to be effective. If a person becomes comfortable in the positions shown in the video, they will be able to handle many situations that involve gaining control of a combative person. This is a start point.
