Forest railways, once widespread throughout Europe, took loggers deep into the forests and returned laden with logs. Now almost all of them are in disuse, but in #maramures there's one that still operates, carrying passengers and entering the most remote woods of the Carpathians: here's #mocanita, a forest line traveled exclusively by steam train! One of the most beautiful days we spent during our #triptoromania And finally, a chance and unexpected stop at a traditional folk festival on the way back, where the only outsiders were us!!!
