What a final match for our Swans , with a solid 3-0 win at Home our Jurong East Stadium against YL. With the season as a whole coming to and end and the next day being the last matches of the season, we have done our part in putting us in the best position to obtain continantal football, all that is left to do is to hope certain results go our way.
