It is finally time to introduce our next district! In this video I convert the bottom right hand corner of the map to become our new "Library District". This district will produce nothing but books and punch cards which will be exported to the rest of the map. I use the industrial power of the other two districts to get things started, then eventually hand over the keys of the new district once done.
