【2025年7月11日釣果】板取川上流へ遠征。型の良いダム上、天然遡上の多いダム下。なんとか２０匹は釣れましたが、初めての板取川は勉強になりました。

Due to the unstable weather during our annual Gifu expedition, we decided to check the raincloud radar and head upstream of the Itadori River. I've heard that this river is also known for its clean water and delicious sweetfish. I thought the sweetfish I caught had large scales, but it turns out that the 4.7 tons released were only artificially bred. I'd heard that there was a lot of variation in the amount of fish, so I took my time to look at the river, and since the river above the dam is a release river, there were certainly significant differences in the color of the stones and the fish that could be seen. I had a harder time than I expected in the morning, so I went below the dam where the fish were more dense, and as expected, I was able to catch a lot of sweetfish, including some small ones. However, I felt that perhaps because the sweetfish are seedlings that don't move around much, it became harder to catch the released sweetfish the further away from the release point they were. It's important to choose the right spot.
