I Bought the FIRST BROKEN Xbox Series X Controller - Can I Fix It? When I plugged the controller in it had no power and didn't respond at all. While diagnosing the issue I discovered some gunk on some of the motherboard components. I decided to reflow the main chip on the motherboard in case this BGA chip wasn't fully connected. And that got it to work...until I put it all back together.
