Sale vs Agreement to Sell | Difference between Sale and Agreement to Sell in Hindi | SOGA 1930

🔴 What is a Sale? A sale is a transfer of ownership of goods from the seller to the buyer for a price paid or promised to be paid. When a sale takes place, the ownership of the goods is transferred from the seller to the buyer instantaneously upon the agreement of price and terms. In other words, a sale is a transaction in which a seller transfers ownership of goods or property to a buyer in exchange for money or other consideration. For example, when you buy a book from a store after paying the price, the ownership is transferred to you immediately. The sale is typically considered to be complete when the seller has delivered the goods or property to the buyer and the buyer has paid the agreed-upon price. The key characteristic of a sale is the immediate transfer of title from the seller to the buyer. 🔴 What is an Agreement to Sell? An agreement to sell, on the other hand, is a contract where the parties agree that a sale will take place at a future date, subject to fulfillment of certain conditions. Here, the ownership is not transferred when the agreement is made. It is only upon fulfillment of the agreed terms at the specified future date that the sale will materialize and the ownership gets transferred. The agreement to sell is typically not a completed sale until the terms of the contract are fulfilled, at which point the sale is said to be "consummated." For instance, booking a flat under construction is an agreement to sell as the sale will happen only upon completion. ======================================== 🔴 This video might be useful for students preparing for - 🗣️ 11th Commerce #11thcommerce 🗣️ 12th commerce boards #12thcommerce 🗣️ CSEET(CS FOUNDATION ICSI) #cseet 🗣️ CA Foundation #cafoundation 🗣️ UGC NET COMMERCE #ugcnetcommerce 🗣️ LLB #llb 🗣️ UGC NET LAW #ugcnetlaw ======================================== 🔴 In this video - #padhakulog Teacher's Name - CS Payal Popli Topic - Difference between Sale and Agreement to sell (SOGA 1930) =============================================== 🫵🏻 Connect with us- 🗣️Instagram- https://instagram.com/padhaku_log?igs... 🗣️Facebook-   / padhaku-log-101091301476679   🗣️Watsapp-9630227777 🗣️Telegram-9630227777 =============================================== ❤️About us: Padhaku Log is a platform specially created for those students who live in remote areas and don’t have access to fancy coaching classes.
