Fixing an 1987 FloorPlan
This 1987 floor plan was clearly showing its age, so I challenged myself to dramatically improve the flow while preserving as much of the existing structure as possible. This redesign tackles an open-concept living space while considering the prospective buyer's requests for a dedicated office, a reworked mudroom and laundry area, all while keeping renovation practicality in mind.
