Today we cover a colossal chest workout that will have you screaming in joy because of the pump, and screaming in pain because of the burn…good pain of course. Another fast pace, ultra-intense workout that will challenge any beginner or seasoned pro to step up their game and reach new heights of growth. Each week I’ll add a bit more info about Vince so you can get a full appreciation for the magnitude of his impact on the bodybuilding and fitness world. The amount of effort is at the max in a very short period of time. TECHNIQUE: Set up all four exercises before you begin your work. Each exercise will be super-setted one after the other. Each set is 12 reps. The only rest you’ll get is the rest moving between one exercise to the next. In between sets, rest 2 minutes. Here’s the full workout breakdown: Gironda Dips (chin to chest, feet under face, elbows out) 12 reps Incline Barbell Presses (bar to neck) 12 reps Incline Dumbbell Press 12 reps Decline Dumbbell Flyes 12 reps Run through all 4 exercises before taking a break. Complete 4 rounds total. Go home, eat, grow, be happy. INTENTION: Do it right from the beginning and you’ll be ahead of game in terms of maximizing your growth and strength results. Focus on the quality of each rep and set. The goal is not just to move the weight but to use the muscle to move the weight to stimulate that muscle to grow.
