The Heart of a Father " Pastor Joe Franco

Fatherhood is one of the most powerful reflections of God's own heart toward His children. Drawing from Ephesians 6 and the parable of the prodigal son in Luke 15, Scripture paints a clear picture of what godly fatherhood looks like. Fathers are called to be providers and protectors, spiritual leaders, disciplinarians who act with love and wisdom, and sources of unconditional love and forgiveness. The story of the prodigal son reminds us that a father's heart is not defined by anger or conditions, but by compassion, grace, and a willingness to run toward a child who has wandered. God does not call fathers to be perfect. He calls them to be present, faithful, and willing to reflect His heart to the people He has placed in their care.
