Champagne Rag by Joseph Lamb

A fun rag full of bubbly energy! 🍾 Decided to learn this rag at this time because it calls for a champagne celebration as I am in the process of leaving the nest and moving into my own condo! It's been a busy past few months, and will continue to be for the next several months as well with the move. The next video I share will take place at my new place once settled in and with the piano tuned after moving it around 😄 This novelty rag was pretty challenging in that some repeats had different notes for the left hand, and one repeat also had complete different right hand notations as well; it was so much to remember! The second section was just so much fun to play :) I did not perform this rag as well as I had practiced, but I did the best I could with this one.
