I can honestly say that I have some talent for cooking. At least when I feel like messing around with a recipe. But when it comes to baking...I'm not good at it at all. And what does a person do when they don't know how to do it? Keep at it! I set myself the ambition this year to make Matei's birthday cake. He just wanted it to be blue, Andrei just wanted it to be Carrot Cake, I just wanted to make a cake. Maia wanted to eat it. :) I think I managed to please everyone! In all this madness, I was going to end up with a hip fracture and Andrei was going to break a toe :)))))) It's good that the kids are healthy! Good luck and happy birthday Matei!
