Lucid dreaming refers to a state of awareness during a dream that allows you to control the experience like the writer of a story. 🛌 Science shows that this phenomenon can sometimes be intentionally induced under controlled circumstances like those we've created in this sound bath. 🛌 The purple lighting and soft crystal singing bowls will facilitate a relaxed state of being and a sense of safety. Meanwhile, the gentle periodic taps of the Tibetan bowls will cause imperceptible interruptions to your sleep pattern, therefore preventing the transition into a deeper state of sleep and suspending you in a sleep state called 'hypnagogia'. 🛌 Hypnagogia is the period between being fully awake and asleep and is known to be the stage in which lucid dreaming occurs; especially when this state is prolonged.
