Secondly, let's talk briefly about the situations you could run in to:  You get an offer, but you're not sure it's the right fit. You get an offer, but maybe it's too early to commit. You get an offer, but have some interest from other schools & want more time. You get an offer from your dream school. You don't have an offer yet.
