We have overcome 25 years of Independence with heroic deeds that are beyond the measure of time. Today, Kazakhstan is a state with preserved political stability, established legal foundations, harmonious relations, and increased goodwill. With such a magnificent victory, we have conquered the hearts of the world. This is undoubtedly the result of the wise policy of the Head of State. That is, the height achieved by strong presidential power. Now, changes are about to be implemented that will support this stability and become the basis for further growth and prosperity. Powers are being redistributed between the branches of state power in our country. On January 11, a special working group was established by the Decree of Nursultan Nazarbayev. The group, consisting of twelve people, analyzed the current legislation and listed the effective aspects of domestic and foreign experience in governance. On January 24, the Head of State held a meeting on this issue and listened to the demands and wishes of the parties. So, the next day, the President sent an Address to the country.
