Gestartet habe ich ohne Vorkenntnis und ohne die nötige Grundkraft. Ich startete mit 10 unsauberen Liegestützen und 2-3 schlechten Klimmzügen. Jetzt schaffe ich in etwa 5-6 Muscle Ups, 20 Klimmzüge, 50 Liegestütze, Single Leg Front Lever etc. In this video I show you what a complete beginner in calisthenics can easily do after one year of training. I started with no prior knowledge and without the necessary basic strength. I started with 10 bad push ups and 2-3 bad form pull ups.
