I made this charger aerator using four 18650 lithium batteries connected in parallel. For the charger module, I used a TP 4056 module, which can be charged using a cell phone charger. For the aerator motor, I used a 370A mini air pump that can circulate air at an operating voltage of 3 to 6 volts DC. This means this charger aerator can be used for 24-30 hours on four batteries. If you install more batteries, the battery life will be longer. I've tried using 8 batteries connected in parallel, and they lasted for over 48 hours.
