UnMinted | How to make an Antiqued "Memento Mori - The Last Laugh" Coin Bell | EDC Motorcycle Bell
These are some of my favorite coin bells to make - I make these from 2 Memento Mori 1oz .999 copper rounds which are minted by Anonymous Mint. One coin gets its center punched and folded into the bell skirt, while its center punch becomes the bell clapper. The other coin gets domed and formed into the bell top through a series of steps annealing and pressing through swedish wrap dies with brass pushers. The bell handles are formed using 12 gauge copper wire with bailing pliers. After everything is soldered together, the bell is then cleaned, antiqued to an almost black tint, buffed and polished by hand to a smokey finish. They are available exclusively here in my Etsy shop and are delivered in a burlap drawstring bag, ready for gifting: https://unmintedltd.etsy.com/listing/...
