Hosted by the RCSI Centre for Positive Psychology and Health, ‘Managing Coronaphobia – Stay Present’, is the second event in the three-part Positive Health mini-series for 2021. A panel of RCSI experts discuss techniques to help strengthen our capacity to remain present, as an antidote to an uncertain future. The discussion is chaired by Dr Mary Collins, Chartered Psychologist and Senior Executive Development Specialist at the RCSI Institute of Leadership.
