Spam heat actions when you can to speed up the fight. Next you have Mashiko and him again but timed in the timed long battle. Strategy for first one untimed is just ex clear crowd then you and Sugiura mess him up. For timed save the ex and clear crowd with heat action then use ex for damage after some heat actions to finish the fight fast.
