Ingredients: Batter: 100g Butter 100g Sugar 2 Eggs 1/2 tsp Vanilla 140g Flour 1/2 tsp Baking Soda (activated with lemon juice) Zest of 1 Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting: 100g Butter 100g Cream Cheese Powdered Sugar to taste Quick Instructions: 1 Batter: Rub lemon zest with sugar, add softened butter and vanilla. Mix in eggs, then baking soda activated with lemon juice. Fold in flour, pour into molds, and bake at 180°C until done. Let them cool. 2 Lemon Curd: Rub sugar with zest and let sit for 30 mins. Mix yolks with sugar and lemon juice, then cook over a water bath (double boiler) for 8-10 mins until thick.
