An interview with astrologer Freedom Cole about the vimshottari dasha system, which is a timing technique used in Vedic astrology. The dasha systems divide a person's life up into different periods and subperiods that are ruled by different planets, in order to study various increments of time. The vimshottari dasha system is the most common dasha technique used by Vedic astrologers today, and it was first introduced in the text of Parashara.
