Today, I, Attrix the Criminal, am trying out the newly opened osteria in Turin where they say the food is terrible, the prices are high, and perhaps a nice kebab is better. What can I say? The food isn't that bad, after all. It was an average experience after trying some bruschetta, a decent carbonara with carbocrema, some saltimbocca alla romana (a bit dry, I must say), and a torta della nonna (grandmother's cake), which I was convinced by for dessert. Of course, it would have been better to use some good hand-sliced ​​Norcia guanciale or crispy bacon in the salad, but my overall rating for this experience is a 4+, and it's super full.
