Leave extra fabric around the design, so that you are able to pull and tighten it with an embroidery hoop. 3. Use an embroidery hoop that will fit the entire design. 4. Don’t cut your thread too long. It’ll be more prone to tangles. 5. If your needle gets sticky from the sheet, just wipe or rinse it. 6. Try using different thread thickness to add contrast. 7.
