Company of Elders Workshop: Acogny Technique

Alesandra Seutin leads you through a simple 30 minute dance workshop in Acogny Techinique - based on modern dance styles originating from West Africa. In this workshop you'll learn to use your stars, moon and cosmos to embody the movement of the baobab tree!
