S28 The Pale Imitation I was so looking forward to this Homebrew, Beavertowns' Neck Oil is one of my favourite drinks. Unfortunately, a single mistake that I spotted at around 13 minutes in was only partially recoverable. Bring to 70°C 3. Add water chemicals 4. Mash In the grains 5. Check the pH level 6. Add 3ml Lactic Acid 7. Maintain Temperature at 68°C 8. Sieve Grain Bag 9. Add 2.8g Centennial Hops 10. Take a Sample 11. Mash Out at 76°C; Cycle the Wort 12. Remove Bag 13. Bring to a Rolling Boil 14. 2.9g Centennial (30 minutes) 15. 10g Fermaid-O (Nutrient) 16. 10g Irish Moss (Clarity) 17. Add Chiller to sanitise 18. Cool to 80°C for Hopstand 19. 4.8g each Amarillo, Centennial, Columbus, Galaxy, Mosaic, Simcoe & Vic Secret 20. Cool to 22°C 21. Transfer to the Bucket 22. Add 10g Safale US-05 Yeast 23. Add Airlock 24.
