The Petro administration presented its report on connectivity, technology, and digital transformation in Colombia. Millions of homes were connected, and more than 15,000 schools gained internet access. Projects for fiber optic networks, 5G networks, and Wi-Fi zones in various regions also progressed. The strategy included training in artificial intelligence, programming, cybersecurity, and digital skills. Public television, community radio stations, and regional internet providers were also strengthened. The Amazon region was also included in new connectivity and technological infrastructure plans.
