In the area of the ECOWAS building in Sierra Leone the money is too much, the Nigerian people use 56 million dollars to build a very much bigger and better structure with skyscrapers compare to our 100 million plus dollars ECOWAS building. I think something is wrong with the figures and the quality of building 🏢 is not much from the SLPP
