Beware of This Camino Route | Portuguese Camino de Santiago (Ep. 3)
Day 3: What starts as a peaceful morning quickly turns into one of my favorite days on the Camino. We begin by witnessing Sunday Mass ending at the beautiful Tui Cathedral, spend hours walking through quiet forests, discover what it feels like to get "high on nature," accidentally choose the official route instead of the scenic one (big mistake), meet amazing people from around the world, stumble upon a local Galician celebration with traditional bagpipes, eat what might be the best Spanish tortilla of my life, and somehow end the day talking about... a bathroom. The Camino has a strange way of making you appreciate the simplest things. If you're thinking about walking the Camino, or just enjoy slow travel and hiking, I hope these videos give you a small taste of what it's really like.
