Act in Doctrine, Episode 24: We discuss Doctrine and Covenants 63 to supplement your study of the Come Follow Me curriculum for June 7–13. Our guest is Patricia Oveson. Patricia Oveson is a hiking, reading, stay-at-home Mother who is really good at Scrabble. She spends a fair amount of time chasing her twin boys, the two youngest of her seven children. She lives at the base of Y Mountain, and she hikes the Y most mornings. We focus on three doctrinal takeaways: 1) Seeking signs does not bring salvation. 2) The law of chastity demands sexual purity and fidelity. 3) The Lord’s name should be used with proper authority and not in vain.
