Crema spalmabile al cacao Ingredienti: 60g cacao amaro 90g acqua 30g zucchero di canna (o 30g miele o altro dolcificante) Scaldare l'acqua in un pentolino e aggiungere lo zucchero, far sciogliere. In un recipiente, aggiungere cacao e il composto di acqua e zucchero. Mescolare energeticamente con un frustino. Consigli: Per una crema più dolce, aumentare la dose di zucchero o dolcificante.
