Beautiful Drive - Bighorn Mountains -Ten Sleep to Buffalo, Wyoming

Beautiful drive through the Bighorn Mountains of Wyoming. The drive begins west of Ten Sleep and goes east on US Hwy 16 to Buffalo, Wyoming. Located in north-central Wyoming, the Bighorn Mountains are a sister range of the Rocky Mountains. The Bighorns are a popular destination for hiking, backpacking, fly fishing, hunting, horse back riding and increasingly ATV riding and snowmobiling. Fishing opportunities abound in the Bighorns, with a high prevalence of brook trout. Camping is available at many established campgrounds with facilities, or across most of the national forest.
