There's many team set ups you can do, but I did the following in this video: I ALWAYS kept Nowa, Leene and Momo (they are your main DPS sources) when you have to switch out 3 characters. Be sure to equip Nowa with the "Super Lucky Badge" to get these rare rune drops, as well as an abundance of recovery items. Have the other characters you're swapping out use items to recover HP, restore Momo's MP or even resurrecting anyone that's fallen.
