RESPONDING to Videos of People asking for more mixed Housing Zoning in America (EUROPEAN WARNING)

I Grew up in Europe in a small City where everything used to be available within Walking Distance... IT WAS AS GOOD, AS IT TURNED OUT HORRIBLE! Lately i have seen many Videos on young People Wishing in America, the Housing Zoning Laws allowed to have Busyness activities mixed into Housing Areas, and as i grew up in a Housing area like that, I CAN WARN YOU, IT IS NOT A GOOD IDEA! Any sort of Commercial Activity that used to be fun, like Restaurants, Bars, Clubs have all been replaced by less noisy commercial activities, like Clothing Stores, Offices, Shoe Stores, Copy Shops, and eventually, Even Grocery Stores ended up being exiled out of Downtown. At the end, it is better to have Houses nicely separated American Stile, 50+ feet between each House, and Commercial Activities at a decent derivable distance. Please STOP Rezoning for Higher Density Housing Developments, it is ruining the beauty of America
