The Projector – a highly versatile type, new and perfectly suited to our times – if there is indeed an invitation for this very special gift of perception. Perhaps you have seen an eight-person rowing boat. Seven athletes row, and one provides guidance on direction, rhythm, and energy management – ​​because only he can see where they are going. That is the Projector. The special quality of his energy is openness, this precise perception of the other. No one can convey a more intense feeling of being "seen" than a Projector. His aura is directed, focused on the other person. Because of this openness, such a person is naturally extremely susceptible to conditioning, as the other person fills this openness. Furthermore, in order to recognize the other, a Projector must engage with them, open his energy field to them, which makes the Projector highly receptive to any kind of conditioning. Therefore, one of the main exercises for a Projector is to learn what is right for him, where he should direct his attention. Ideally, a projector senses and sees where the energy of the person they're interacting with could flow most effectively and can direct it accordingly. Projectors are natural managers. However, to do this, they need to be seen and invited to participate. These are the two key words for this personality type. They determine whether a projector succeeds or becomes bitter (no one sees me, no one asks me). Success also means having enough energy available from the other participants, and the projector being invited to direct and coordinate it. To be noticed and recognized for their gifts, a projector needs knowledge, skills, and talents—which is why it's more important for this personality type than for any other to complete an education or course of study, to cultivate and develop their unique qualities. Because then they have something for which they are sought after and seen, providing security and stability. The greatest temptation and danger for the projector is to live out the non-self of the power person through the open sanctuary. And they can do this very impressively! Many young Projectors are practically obsessed with energy; they do extreme sports, performance training, and dance the night away at the disco. And for a while, that works. But a Projector's "hardware" isn't designed for constant power, and so burnout is THE Projector issue. The more open centers in their chart, the greater the temptation to live exactly what they aren't. Dealing with this—in a world where 70% of people radiate non-stop sacred energy—requires awareness.
