Of course you can Do It Yourself on this introduction movie! 施工ご協力：株式会社 Shin-Living Union（旧：伸興業） Construction Cooperation: SHIN Living Union Co., LTD. https://www.shin-livingunion.co.jp/co... 使用した砂利：造園資材館「越南部」 手順の詳細↓↓ The detail of the process, ～施工前に～ before you start, ※下地にクラック等がある場合は事前に修繕してください。 Repair the foundation if there are some cracks. ※施工日前日にモルタル用の接着剤を塗布しておくことをお勧めします。 apply the mortar glue on the day before the construction. ※天然石は平米あたり20kgが目安です。 About 20 kg of the gravel is needed per a square meter. ＜手順＞ Process ①モルタル用接着剤の塗布 Application the mortar glue ②下地にモルタルを塗る Apply the mortar on the foundation ③セメントと天然石を混ぜる Mix the cement and the natural stone gravel. ④押さえつけ Press ⑤凝結遅延剤の噴霧 Spray DELAYED SETTING AGENT ⑥シートを被せて放置 Cover with a plastic sheet and wait ⑦セメントを洗い流す Wash away the cement ①接着剤塗布 Application the mortar glue 施工日前日と同じようにモルタル用接着剤を塗布します。 Apply the mortar glue on the foundation same as the day before. ②下地にモルタル塗る 接着強度を確保する為に下地にモルタルにて擦り塗りをします。 Apply the mortar on the foundation. ③モルタルと天然石を混ぜる Mix the cement and the natural stone gravel. 割合はセメント25kgに対して天然石63kgが目安です。珪砂を、杓２杯を目安に混ぜます。粒の細かい珪砂は施工し易く、また濡れやすいので適しています。 Around 63kg gravel is moderate for 25kg cement. And add two (or one) cups of silica sand. The grain of silica sand is fine and easy to get wet, it is suitable to use for "Araidashi". And apply on the mortar. ④押さえつけ Press 敷き詰めが完了したら1時間半程度（気温状況による）乾かしてから、金ゴテで押さえつけをします。立っている石があれば寝かせて、平らにします。 Leave it for about one hour and half (depends on the climate), after that press and level it with trowels. ⑤凝結遅延材の噴霧 Spray DELAYED SETTING AGENT ⑥シートを被せて放置 Cover with a plastic sheet and wait. 乾燥しすぎないように空気を抜いておきます。 Let out the air in order not to dry it too much. ビニールシートをかけて放置します。乾かす時間の目安は、夏は3～5時間前後、冬は12時間くらいです。 ※日照時間によって異なりますので、あくまでも目安です。 The time to leave is, around 3 or 5 hours in summer, and around 12 hours in winter, although it is changing depends on the hours of sunlight. ⑦セメントを洗い流す Wash away the cement 乾かした後、モルタル用のアルミ下駄などで踏んでも変形しないことを確認し、 水を使いながら、スポンジもしくはデッキブラシで表面を洗い流します。 After it gets dried, check whether it will not be deformed even if you stand on it. シャワーの水と柔らかい刷毛でもできますが、周囲を汚したくない場合はスポンジが適しています。高圧洗浄だと天然石が剥がれてしまう恐れがあります。 You can wash away with water shower and soft brush, the sponge is better to keep around clean.
