NORTHSEAKAYAK - The Trip #7 Raz de Sein

It has been 2 years since our first visit to Raz de Sein and now we are finally back! Pointe du Raz is a exposed headland in Brittany (Bretagne), France. It is known for its strong tidal currents, very rough coastline and famous lighthouses. We were there for only 3 days, which is way too short. Our days there were packed, we did a lot of distance and visited a lot of places (some of them well hidden). Towards sea kayaking specifically , we could paddle in the tide race a few times (neap tide), we could enjoy the ocean swell that gifted us with perfect waves, do a lot of rock gardening and visited the caves. We still have that smile on our faces!
